Welcome to my dessert studio! Thanks for joining me on this journey where I enjoy curating luxury desserts using a modern twist. I’ve worked in the Food service Industry for over 10 years. I’m currently an Executive Chef/Supervisor by profession. My experience is largely inspired by Caribbean heritage and my island home Saint Lucia. The bakery is registered and operated under Nebraska’s Cottage law.
My signature decorating style is described as chic, timeless and elegant. I am passionate about taste, and elated when experimenting with flavors, sourced locally and sustainably, like wild Nebraskan honey. There is much pride when using seasonal and tropical ingredients to create unique combinations.
